Define a list of DASH Role flags corresponding to those in DashRoleScheme. Note that there is no DASH_ROLE_DESCRIPTIVE_FLAG added here, as the DASH_ROLE_DESCRIPTION_FLAG serves the same purpose (and so would cause a duplication in constant values)
