Live2VastAdSynthesizer

Synthesizes a VAST Ad from a Live 2.0 SSAI tracking API ad JSON so the existing Open Measurement pipeline — which keys off an iabparser Ad attached to SSAIEvent.VAST_AD — bootstraps the same way it does for VOD. The synthesized Ad carries only the fields OM reads (AdVerifications); it is not a full VMAP-equivalent Ad.

The documented tracking API schema is {vendor, javaScriptResource, verificationParameters}. The lowercase-sjavascriptResource variant is also accepted.
