Sets whether a NextGen Live 2.0 ad break that MediaTailor filled entirely with slate, because the ad server returned no ads or its creatives were not transcoded yet, shows the "Your video will resume in N seconds" countdown. Such a break is absent from the tracking API and is taken from the SCTE-35 EXT-X-DATERANGE marker of the stream instead. On by default; set to false to show no ad UI over a slate-only break.

Must be called before processVideo to take effect.
