reloadAdsRequest

Creates a request to reload the Ads.

This method will re-initialize the Ads Manager and will emit the GoogleIMAEventType.ADS_MANAGER_LOADED event again.

NOTE: This method works only when the GoogleIMAComponent is NOT using Google Ad Rules.
