Native SDK for iOS EOL support for iOS/tvOS 10

The Brightcove Native Player SDK for iOS is ending support for iOS/tvOS 10.

Overview

As of version 6.7.2, the Brightcove Native Player SDK for iOS has ended support for iOS 10 and tvOS 10.

Apple continually releases updates to its iOS operating system which affects the technology that the Brightcove SDK is built around. In order to focus on cutting edge features, we must evolve alongside Apple by providing support for only the relevant versions of iOS.

SDK support for iOS versions is defined in terms of the major.minor.revision of the OS (for example: iOS 13.3.0). Only the latest revision of a version is supported. Customers can still use the Brightcove SDK for iOS on older revisions however we provide no guarantee of functionality.
