Published iOS/tvOS releases and XCFramework downloads

Since SDK 7.2.15, the recommended distribution is the unified Swift package. Per-plugin Swift packages and CocoaPods distribution are deprecated. SDK 7.2.13 removed legacy fat frameworks; use XCFrameworks instead. If a Podfile using the /XCFramework subspec remains on 7.2.12, SDK 7.2.21 restores that subspec as an alias. Check the resolved version rather than assuming an install or update selected the latest release.
